Jewelry Sales & Guarantees
- All jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind originals. We have tried to capture an accurate representation in photos, though some colors may not “pop” in the image, and colors may vary slightly due to monitor variances.
- Sterling silver is identified as ‘Sterling’ or ‘Sterling Silver’.
- ‘Silver’ refers to silver-plated. Gold is plated unless identified as 14k or similar.
- Signature Series: These pieces are craftsmanship guaranteed for life and are created with the intention to last. If at any time a clasp fails or a wire or any part of the Signature Series piece breaks or fails in any way, save the pieces (or as many as you can!) and call or email the artist and she will provide a return authorization number.
- The guarantee of craftsmanship does not include any shipping costs.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer for returns to the artist for repair and by the artist for returns to the buyer.
- Anyone returning a Signature Series piece for repair without a return authorization will be charged all repairs costs and labor, as well as shipping.
Shipping
- Jewelry is shipped on Wednesdays unless a request to expedite is made during checkout.
- We will ship whenever possible by USPS Priority flat rate ($4.95).
Insurance is automatically included with all purchases.
- You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order, with tracking information if applicable.
